M40 Offices specialises in providing a range of premium commercial lettings to businesses, such as office space, warehouse units, and meeting rooms across its Bicester and Wheatley sites. Customers can also opt for the company’s virtual tenancy service which enables smaller business owners, freelancers, and start-ups to register a company address to the premises.

The business was founded over 30 years ago and continues to be led by its entrepreneurial, Managing Director, Fraser Hamilton, who oversees the operations for M40 Offices which currently has over 85 units across its Bicester and Wheatley sites. To meet its current clients’ needs and attract new commercial opportunities, M40 Offices will also use the funding provided by MEIF Maven Debt Finance to build out, update and redesign existing units, updating technology, and installing green energy measures such as solar panelling.

In today’s competitive environment, it is critical that premises not only look good and function well but are technologically up to date and are embracing and deploying green and co2 emission reducing behaviours.

The commercial letting market has remained strong for over 50 years, and even during the pandemic many businesses are opting for more functional yet smaller office options. Providers like M40 Offices will be able to give SMEs of all sizes, practical, cost-effective, Green and Technology SMART solutions that meet government requirements, and support businesses on an ever-evolving basis.

“We’re delighted to support a business with a clear strategy on becoming a more environmentally friendly operation. The funding will enable Fraser to make his Bicester Business Park units more commercially attractive and carbon efficient to the region’s SMEs. Following the pandemic, many businesses will be reviewing their need for in town centre office space, and the company’s out of town sites that provide varying size, modern, sustainable business units for flexible rental, will be an attractive alternative proposition"

Graham Hall, Investment Manager for Maven

“It has been a pleasure to work with Graham Hall and the team at Maven. This money will be used to invest in the infrastructure of our business parks; ensuring that M40 Offices’ facilities stay ahead of the competition.’’
