Written by Maven | Mar 31, 2022

Stop Press: Applications for the 2021/22 tax year are now closed. However, the Offers remain open until 27 May for 2022/23 applications.

The tax year end is fast approaching and there is still capacity to invest in the Maven VCT 3 and VCT 4 Offers, which have a long term track record of generating positive shareholder returns, including regular tax free dividend payments.

Both VCTs are now over allotting after exceeding their original fundraising target and will remain open until 12:00 noon on 4 April for 2021/22 applications, unless the Offers are fully subscribed before then.

Highly diversified portfolios of private companies with growth potential

These two VCTs offer access to large and broadly based portfolios of carefully researched early stage businesses which are often at the forefront of innovation, and increasingly also feature strong sustainability credentials.
