Maven investee completes work at world’s first super boutique hotel

Specialist interior fit-out contractor EE Smith has completed it’s work at The Londoner, Leicester Square, fully fitting out the hotel as part of a £35 million contract with Edwardian Hotels.

EE Smith, which Maven backed in 2016, are experts in fitting out some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, commercial interiors and private residences.

Boasting 350 Guest suites, multiple restaurants, bars, a cinema & swimming pool, The Londoner recently opened to critical acclaim and is considered by many as London’s hottest new hotel.

Designed by New York interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg, the highly anticipated 5-star hotel is filled from basement to rooftop with bespoke EE Smith joinery, metalwork, doors & wall panelling, creating a sublime environment its guests.

At the height of the renovations EE Smith Contracts had over 100 men and women working on site full time on the vast 16 story building, in the heart of the thriving West End.
