Luke Matthews promoted to the position of Partner

Maven is delighted to announce that is has promoted Luke Matthews to Partner. Since joining in early 2019 from Connection Capital, Luke has played an important role in helping Maven to become one of the most active private equity firms in the lower-mid market across the Thames Valley.

With a focus primarily on growth capital investments, Luke has been involved in many of Maven's recent technology transactions executed across the South of England, including AdTech specialists Nano Interactive, satellite monitoring systems provider Horizon Technologies, big data analytics business Cardinality, Bristol-based software company Bud Systems, cyber security consultancy CYSIAM, and Oxford-based M2030.

With more than 15 years’ experience in corporate finance and private equity, Luke has completed a range of growth capital and buyout transactions and will continue to help Maven deliver on its commitment to support ambitious, growth focused businesses across the region.
