The Maven private equity backed business SPS has acquired High Profile, a leading manufacturer of bespoke plastic promotional products, in a move that will further strengthen the organisation’s offering to its customer base.
SPS is the UK’s largest provider of promotional merchandise, supplying over 2000 independent distributors throughout Europe. Following a successful management buyout in 2014 led by Maven, SPS has experienced excellent growth, largely due to a commitment to innovation, operational excellence and new product development. With ambitious plans for growth, the leadership team at SPS viewed the acquisition of High Profile as a fantastic move for Great British manufacturing, as both companies will benefit from the shared experience, knowledge and business processes.
