Appointment of Gemma Hamilton

Maven Capital Partners appoints Gemma Hamilton as Investment Manager.

Maven Capital Partners (Maven) today announces that it has appointed Gemma Hamilton as Investment Manager to its Northern team.

Gemma will focus on new investments involving smaller UK companies requiring £1m-£6m of equity finance, including MBOs/MBIs, expansion capital, replacement capital and acquisition finance. She will work alongside Andrew Craig, Ryan Bevington, David Milroy and Jonty Hall, and will be based primarily at Maven’s office in Glasgow.

Gemma initially joined Maven in May 2009 on a period of secondment from the law firm DLA Piper in Glasgow, where she was a solicitor in the Scottish corporate team and was involved in management buy-out transactions along with mergers and acquisitions.
