In 2025 Blis was acquired by global telecommunications company T-Mobile which valued the business at $175 million. During the period of Maven’s investment, the business has invested heavily in its technology platform, increased headcount from 240 to more than 320 employees, expanded its international footprint, and increased turnover by 75%.
