Tom's journey into the tech world began unexpectedly in 1998 with a job in IT support at Halifax Bank in Leeds. By 2014, he had co-founded ProofID and found himself in a modest office in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, anxiously awaiting the first customer call and questioning his decision. His path to success, though not straightforward, reflects a common path trodden by many entrepreneurs and it is an experience which has shaped Tom and helped transition ProofID into the highly successful business it is today.
