Mandy joined Maven in May 2015 and is based in our Glasgow office. Her primary responsibility is acting as Company Secretary to the Maven VCTs and to third party clients.
Prior to joining Maven, Mandy was a member of the Group Secretariat team at Standard Life plc based in Edinburgh. Prior to that, Mandy spent seventeen years at AIM Listed property investment and development company, Terrace Hill Group PLC, where she was Company Secretary and Residential Investment Director.
Mandy holds an LLB Honours Degree from the University of Strathclyde and is a qualified Solicitor having completed her legal traineeship with McGrigor Donald in Glasgow.
Outside of work Mandy enjoys wake surfing, playing netball and spending time with her family and their three dogs.
